
The Millet Courchevel Ski Touring are back
The Millet Courchevel Ski Touring climbs up in this early season. Because of the lack of snow on the official route of the MSTC, the association “Courchevel Sports Mounteneering” organizers suggested a downturn course already used twice last year.
This first run of Wednesday, December 16, took place in ski touring on the tops of the station from Courchevel 1850. The arrival of the Vertical Race course of 2.4km and 500m vertical gain was identical to the official "Plum Courchevel KV" arrival , based at the top of the Loze relay.
It was a promising first race of the season, with 88 participators at the start line, a frequentation record in five years!


Mathéo Jacquemoud from the Courchevel Sports Mountaineering club won in 19min43s this first CSTM's race by improving the record he has established last year .
He was followed by Tony Portanier from Courchevel Sports Mountaineering and ESF Courchevel monitor who took the second place with a time of 20min33s. In third position, the Second overall of CSTM 2015, Yoann Serves winner in 2015 for "Plum KV Courchevel" in trail and ski mountaineering of the "Cyclo'Courch" and the "X3 Dynastar Courchevel" with the 3rd position of this first round in 21min04s.
With the girls, Geraldin Bau from Meribel won in 28min28s, before Elsa Hugot from the Caf Chambery who finished in 28mn48s , followed by Elsa Perrin who ended this first race in 32mn23s.
At the ESF Challenge, Tony Portanier from the Courchevel ESF 1550 wons once again (in 28min48s), with Pascale Gachet-Mauroz.
