Cancelling an order

Unfortunately, we cannot take action on an order that has already been placed. As soon as payment is received for an order, it enters the preparation stage.
We therefore suggest that you return the product to us as soon as you receive it, if you don’t want it.
As soon as our logistics department receives your return, a refund will be requested from our accounting department which will then be applied to your account within 3 working days.
