Find a collection point

As well as delivery to your home or workplace, Millet also offers other options to receive or return items within France. Delivery can also be made to post offices or a collection point. Read on to find out more.

Delivery to a collection point

Would you prefer your order to be delivered to the post office near your home or workplace? No problem!
● Choose your preferred post office when you place your order.
● When your order arrives at your chosen post office, you will receive an automated email from Colissimo.
● You must take some ID with you and the tracking number in the email will speed things up.
A person of your choosing can also pick up your parcel. To do this, he or she will have to go to the relevant post office with a written letter stating that you authorise him or her to collect your parcel, his or her ID and at least one piece of your ID.
Good to know: Your package will be kept at the post office for 10 working days after delivery.

To find a collection point, go to your shopping basket and select delivery to a collection point. A new page will open with a map, simply enter your address or postcode to find a collection point near you.
Once your order has been confirmed, you will receive an email and/or a text message when your parcel arrives at the collection point.
Then go to the collection lockers. Touch the screen and select “Collect a parcel”. Enter the 4 digit ID codes and confirmation codes received by email and/or text message.
