No order confirmation email has been received

Checking the following issues should solve the problem:
1. Check your "Junk Mail" fold
2. Log in to your account and check the e-mail address you provided when you registered on the Millet site.
3. Check the ''Orders'' section of your customer account to make sure that your order has been placed.
If you still cannot find any confirmation e-mail and you have not received a payment confirmation e-mail, the order may not have been placed due to a connection problem. If this is the case, simply place another order.
If you have made a payment and have not received any confirmation, please contact our customer service department who will do their best to help you.
