Outcome of the return (Refund)

Exchanges

Millet has chosen to discontinue its exchange policy and replace it with a refund policy (Bank Account, PayPal, Gift Card) in order to be consistent with most e-commerce sites and to have a more streamlined procedure.

Refund

As soon as our logistics department receives your return, a refund will be requested and paid to your bank account if you paid with a credit/debit card or via Paypal.
If you paid with a gift card, an email will be sent to you with another gift code for the amount of the return. This code is valid for 1 year.

Refund not received

We will issue a refund for returned items as soon as we have received and checked your return package. For French customers, if you have not yet received a return confirmation e-mail, please track your parcel on the So Colissimo website using the tracking number shown on your return receipt.
If you have already received an e-mail confirming receipt of your return, the refund will appear on your bank statement shortly.
