The same, but smarter!
Still as versatile and functional, but substantially more sustainable.
The UBIC range, iconic MILLET backpacks for many years, has been improved this season. Their Variloop™ system offering multiple options to carry loads and accessories for all your mountain activities has been greatly refined. Even more convenient and easier to use than before.
100% of the fabrics and straps from the UBIC bags are now made of recycled materials. The design of the bag, especially the cut, has been fully revamped to lower the number of panels and thus the consumption of fabric needed for the making. This global sustainable design approach on the UBIC range, a best-selling category for years, marks a further step towards our CSR goals.
These bags offer ultimate versatility: they’re suitable for hiking, skiing, ski touring, snow shoeing and mountaineering, all of which come with a reduced environmental impact.

The story of this bag is its name; ‘UBIC’. Ubiquity is the capacity of being present everywhere, at many places at the same time. This is our way of giving versatility a name. The UBIC is a backpack calling out to a large community of mountain lovers. A versatile bag suited for all altitudes. This product owes its success to its ingenious Variloop™ system allowing the climber to carry different equipment thus answering the various needs of multiple mountain activities. We know that mountain aficionados are multidisciplinary, so that really corresponded to a latent demand from the market to which no brand was really addressing.
